Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you order from Odairrosa. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help.

Returns
You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags still attached within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, simply email us at odairrosa@outlook.com with your order number. We will send you instructions on where to send your item(s) back.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is because of our error or a defective item.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at odairrosa@outlook.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective.

International Returns
For orders shipped outside Hong Kong, any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
